Creme De La Crepes Hosting Dinner with Award-Winning Fair Lawn Chef
Steven Goldstein, a finalist in The Star-Ledger’s Jersey’s Best Home Chef contest, creates a four-course dinner Sunday

On Sunday at 6 p.m., award-winning Fair Lawn chef Steven Goldstein will serve up a special four-course dinner at Creme De La Crepes, 12-56 River Road.
Last November, Goldstein was a finalist in The Star-Ledger’s Jersey’s Best Home Chef contest. Only nine finalists—three for appetizers, three for entrees, and three for desserts—were chosen out of the 224 entries. Goldstein's recipe, the savory appetizer of Curried Crabcakes with Guacamole and Lime-Cream Sauce, won him a $100 Visa gift certificate, as well as recognition among New Jersey chefs.
