Clowns & Balloons
'Polka Dot' will stroll the River Road District on
Saturdays, May 10th and June 14th 11 am - 2 pm
 River Road Improvement Corporation (RRIC) has planned a fun-filled “Clowns and Balloons” event with a costumed character to entertain visitors to the River Road District on Saturdays, May 10th and June 14th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. “Polka Dot” character will stroll River Road between Berdan and Bergen Avenues and on Fair Lawn Avenue between Sixth and George Streets giving free sculptured balloons to children and their families visiting the District. The clown & balloons event has become a popular program in the district for families and district’s businesses, who also receive visits, balloons and smiles for their customers.
