The Italian-born chef is a graduate of
the Culinary Institute of America whose goals for Davia
include a highly innovative preparation of traditional
Italian dishes with a touch of continental influence.
Customers
will enjoy fine dining, bar service and the casual atmosphere
that is offered for lunch and dinner. Davia serves an
"early bird" special complete dinner for $11.95 Monday
- Friday 5 pm-6 pm; Saturday 4:30 pm-5:30 pm and Sunday
1 pm-4 pm. The restaurant is also available for private
parties and off-premise catering.
The
namesake of the restaurant is after Michelle and Paul's
daughter. They also have a young son who is eager to follow
in his parents' footsteps.
Although
the family does not live in Fair Lawn, they are very happy
to meet and greet their Fair Lawn customers.
