For nearly 30 years, Carol Baskinger, the owner of Dance Designs, has provided expert instruction in dance for all ages, plus voice, musical theater and fitness programs. An accomplished professional actress, dancer, vocalist and choreographer, Baskinger believes there's nothing like the arts to lift people's spirits, and help them stay active and involved.
Dance Designs curriculum includes Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, Pointe, Belly Dancing, Latin Ballroom, Da Funk, Acrobatics, Musical Theater, Pilates, Piano, Guitar, and Voice. Rising Star is a special program for the youngest dancers in our community, and all ages and levels are welcome. Private instruction is available as well.
Baskinger says she was attracted to Fair Lawn's River Road District because the community is a rich melting pot of nationalities, religions and cultures. "This is a classic American "Main Street" to me and all of the members of the Dance Designs team," she adds.
