First River Road ShopRite $250 Shopping Spree Winner Announced by RRIC 

Additional Drawings for Gift Certificates and ShopRite Shopping Sprees to be Held on November 1 st and December 1 st 

Fair Lawn, N.J., October 15, 2009 - Helena Kurzyna of Fair Lawn was the first winner drawn to receive a $250 Shoprite Shopping Spree at the River Road ShopRite in Fair Lawn. The program's sponsor, the River Road Improvement Corporation (RRIC), also drew the names of ten $50 River Road District Dollars Gift Certificates winners on October 1 st , and will repeat the promotion with additional drawings on November 1 st and December 1 st for $500 in River Road District Dollar Gift Certificates and $250 ShopRite Shopping Sprees at the River Road ShopRite location.

"I was surprised and pleased to have won, since I shop regularly at the River Road ShopRite and at other stores in the River Road District," said Kurzyna. When asked if she planned any special purchases during her shopping spree, she mentioned treats for her grandchildren.

The Shopping Spree is restricted to the ShopRite on River Road in Fair Lawn only. The gift certificates are redeemable at any River Road District business or restaurant and must be redeemed by December 31, 2009. Business owners will be reimbursed directly by the RRIC for each gift certificate they redeem.

Consumers can log on to the RRIC web site, www.FairLawnRiverRoad.com , to enter or visit Columbia Bank, 14-01 River Road, Community Bank of Bergen County, 12-79 River Road or TD Bank, 16-00 River Road to fill out a form and drop it into an entry box. T he entry form can also be mailed to RRIC, PO Box 1296, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. The deadline to enter the November drawing is October 31 st and the December drawing is November 30 th .
