Our goals are to foster the district’s economic development, encourage revitalization, and strengthen the economic and commercial contributions to the residents and property owners of the Borough of Fair Lawn.

"Goody Bag" Giveaway>
River Road District businesses provided promotional inserts for the "goody bag" givaway for the Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce's River Road Street Fair on Sunday, October 9th. We thank Board member Janice Alaimo and her staff at Commerce Bank, 16-00 River Road, for assembling the bags, and appreciate the participation of   these businesses.

Lackland Riverfront Grant Application >

River Road has submitted an application to the Environmental Endowment for New Jersey, Inc. to improve the northern gateway to the District in cooperation with Lackland Self Storage.
